Recently, Jiangsu Changteng Automobile Welding Equipment Co., Ltd. reached a cooperation with Beijing Box for Intelligence Travel Technology Co., Ltd., and formally signed the contract valuing nearly 60 million yuan for EX00 welding transformation - conveying line, adjustment line, side panel line, engine room floor and main under body. The content of this project mainly involves the flexible transformation of various lines, including the engine room, front&rear floor, side panel, door cover, main line, adjustment line, and overhead WBS conveying area.
The welding line of box automobile project has become the representative of automatic intelligent production line by virtue of its high-level automation and intelligence. The production line can realize multi-model switch production. The under body area adopts reciprocating conveyor and NC flexible system with switching technology, the main line area adopts high-precision positioning trolley conveyor, the general assembly station adopts polyhedral hub switching technology, the sole station adopts windmill flexible switching technology, and other welding areas adopt cross slide storage position switching. The whole line adopts robot welding and is integrated with spot welding, arc welding, Aplus welding and other welding processes, for the door cover area it also adopts tire film positioning and robot hemming technology. Between areas it adopts AGV trolley conveyor and APC transportation, and the high automation rate and high-precision flexible positioning system enable the welding workshop to realize multi-model production with high capacity.
